A lender which claims it is owed millions by the Sex.com domain name operator is asking a U.S. bankruptcy court to dismiss an involuntary bankruptcy case against the company, so it can resume a foreclosure auction, according to new court documents.

Foreclosure suit dismissed against Estates man who bought his house in full (Naples Daily News)

The foreclosure lawsuit filed against the Golden Gate Estates man who paid for his house in full at the time of purchase was dropped Tuesday morning. Warren Nyerges, 45, also asked Judge Mike Carr to hear his argument seeking damages for the time he spent fighting the law suit. Nyerges is representing himself and his wife, who was also named in the case.
